Bond Redemption Form

In order to terminate your membership, you must complete the following steps:

1) Mail a resignation letter along with the completed Bond Redemption Request Form to:

YOU MUST SURRENDER THE ORIGINAL BOND CERTIFICATE WITH YOUR PAPERWORK

Once we receive the appropriate paperwork, you will be notified of receipt. The full amount of the face value on your bond, less any dues or assessments owed to Lochearn Community Club, will be refunded to you when a new member is available to purchase the bond. Bonds will be redeemed in the order in which requests are received.

Currently the anticipated wait time for bond redemption is 6 to 8 years.

Bonds are non transferable and become null after we receive redemption request.
