Party Requests

Lochearn Community Club wants to host your summertime party!

Family reunions, corporate parties, baby showers, birthday parties, etc are all welcome at LCC!

The Lochearn Community Club has a party space that can accommodate up to 125 people; party hosts must be members of LCC in good standing. Guests of parties have access to the whole pool property for the duration of the party.

Any gathering of 10 or more people (beyond the individuals included in a membership) is considered a party. Fill out the form below, pay the non-refundable $75 deposit*, and a member of the Lochearn Community Club Board will reach out about your request.

The total cost of your party depends on the number of guests and how long your party will be.

Each non-member party guests costs $10 each, while members are free.
Party hours, set-up, and clean-up all must fall within the pool’s open hours. Parties are permitted 3 hours of party time, 30 minutes of setup, and 30 minutes of clean-up. Additional hours are charged at the following rates:
● $30/hour for parties of up to 20 people
● $50/hour for parties of 21-50 people
● $75/hour for parties of 51 or more people
The Party Request Deposit of $75 is non-refundable. If the day/time you requested is not available, we will work with you to find another day and time that will work; we recommend that you consult the pool calendar before requesting a day and time to ensure that the time you request is available. While the calendar is updated regularly, in some instances a party or an event may not have been added to the calendar yet.
Once your request is received, an LCC volunteer will reach out to confirm your party or to work with you to find another day or time that will work. Please wait for an email confirming your party and the amount owed, and then you will be asked to pay the full cost of the party one week before the party date on this page.

Attendees who are non-members will be admitted at a cost of $10 to the party host.

Rental Terms*

Rental Terms Listed below
1. A party request may only be submitted by a LCC member, 18 years of age or older, in good standing without outstanding balances or prior misconduct.
2. This request requires approval from the LCC Board.
3. Once the LCC Board approves your request, you are required to pay in full no later than the scheduled date of the party. The rental request deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party invoice. A $25 late fee will be added to any outstanding balances after the day of the party.
4. Party fees apply to ALL guests, whether they intend to swim in the pool or not.
5. Refunds and rescheduling are at the Board's discretion due to inclement weather.
6. All guests arriving to a party will be required go sign-in at the front office and indicate whether they are a member or not.
7. The sponsoring member must be present with the group for the entire duration of the event. Adult supervision is required for children.
8. All guests of the party are expected to adhere to the rules of the Swim Club.
9. Smoking, alcohol, and glass containers are not permitted on pool grounds.
10. For the comfort of all pool members, no amplified sound is allowed (No speakers, DJs, etc)
11. Unless otherwise agreed upon, in writing, with LCC, parties must be contained within the party area behind the bathhouse. This area has one grill for the use of the party. If you require use of the other grills next to the snack bar, please request that in writing. Party attendees have full use of the pool property but activities and food-serving must happen in the party area.
