FULL MEMBERSHIP PLANS

Family Membership: $625 annual dues
- Up to two (2) adults and up to five (5) children permanently residing in the same household
Two-Person Membership: $530 annual dues
- Two (2) individuals permanently residing in the same household
Single Membership: $450 annual dues
- Individual membership, applicant must be 18 years of age or older
Senior Membership: $500 annual dues
- Up to two (2) adults, one of whom is 60 years of age or older
Single Senior Membership: $410 annual dues
- Individual must be 60 years of age or older
End of Season Single, Senior, or 2 Person Membership $250
- July 25-Labor Day; Only new members are eligible and only for their first year
End of Season Family Membership $300
- July 25-Labor Day; 2 adults and dependent children in one household; Only new members are eligible and only for their first year

Terms and Conditions of Membership
I understand and agree that, if accepted as a member of LCC, I will abide by the rules, policies, and bylaws of the club.
Please thoroughly review the Pool Rules and Bylaws on the Lochearn Community Pool website. A brief summary is provided below.

RULES AND BYLAWS:
All members and their guests are expected to follow the rules and regulations set forth in the Lochearn Community Club’s Bylaws at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership.

BOND OWNERSHIP:
Lochearn Pool is a member owned and operated pool. The bond is the vehicle of ownership. A bond costs $300. Your first year at Lochearn is considered a Trial Membership. Members joining for the second year must begin the bond acquisition process. You can purchase the bond for $300 at that time, or in three yearly installments of $100. Once the $300 bond is paid in full, the member then becomes an equal partner in ownership of the Club with all the other bondholders.

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS:
As Lochearn is a member owned and operated pool, all members are expected to volunteer 4 hours per family during spring clean-up. If you are unable to volunteer during designated spring clean-up dates, you will be charged an annual $150 maintenance fee.

MEETINGS OF THE BOARD:
There are 2 meetings that all members are expected to attend. The 1st is our Spring General Membership Meeting where bonded members vote on the proposed budget, and also the Fall General Membership Meeting, where bonded members vote in the new Board of Directors for the following year. All bonded members have voting rights and are encouraged to serve on the Board in some capacity, including committees.
